We require skilled workers in the handcrafted business. To manage my business, we need two full-time artists plus the help of my family. For the recruitment of the workers, I select them according to their skills and knowledge of art and culture.
The key measures to increase a worker’s talents are as follows:

- Provide the individual with training on the many types of artwork.
- Conduct seminars.

In the first year, We met all legal requirements. We focus on the uniqueness of the product as well as product quality. We work on the trending patterns and designs.
In the second year, we focus on how to retain our customers so that they will continue to buy from us, creating our brand. Also, keep our artists informed about current market trends.
We establish ourselves in the market and take our business to the next level in the third year.
